Who We Are
Health Care Ombudsman and Bill of Rights Program was legislated by the Council of the District of Columbia, and the Office of Health Care Ombudsman and Bill of Rights was actually established in 2009 to counsel and provide assistance to uninsured District of Columbia residents and individuals insured by health benefits plans in the District of Columbia regarding matters pertaining to their health care coverage.
